I'm not a VA, I'm not a task manager, and I'm not here to take orders. You'll fill out a short application, and I review every one personally. If it looks like a fit, I'll reach out to book a call so we can talk through your operations and confirm we're aligned. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too — no lengthy back and forth either way.

The OBM Retainer begins with an initial 3-month commitment — this gives me the time to actually get to know your business properly before we're running on autopilot. After that, it moves to a rolling arrangement, and you're free to step away with 28 days' notice.

That's common, and it's not a conflict. I don't replace your VA or PM — I give them direction. Most clients come in with some help already in place; what's usually missing is the person setting the priorities and structure they're executing against.

Existing tools, in almost every case. I work inside what you already have — ClickUp, Asana, Notion, whatever you're running on — and clean up and structure it, rather than asking you to migrate to something new.

Then I'll tell you directly, and where I can, point you toward what might actually help instead. This is a real investment and a real handover of control — it only works if it's genuinely the right fit on both sides.
