ONCE UPON A TIME

I spent years jumping between industries, thriving in fast-paced environments — until I burnt out, got sick, and COVID took my job anyway. 

I'd worked in hospitality, events, marketing — and a few other things in between — chasing stimulation without really knowing why. My brain needed the pace. Until my body said otherwise. Pushing beyond capacity for too long eventually caught up with me — I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, and suddenly operating the way I always had was no longer an option. Then COVID took my job, and honestly, it was the push I didn't know I needed.

What started as a forced reset turned out to be the clearest decision I've ever made.

I took it as a sign to finally figure out what I actually wanted. I started in the online space as a VA, got my OBM certification, and everything clicked. Being systematic isn't something I learned — it's how I'm built. Navigating ADHD and my health meant that structure and process were never optional for me. They were survival. And survival, it turns out, is a pretty transferable skill.

Today I run my own operations and systems practice — on my own terms, at a pace that's sustainable — helping other online founders build the structure that lets them actually step back from their business.

I know what it costs to run on empty. That's exactly why I don't let my clients do it.
